This is our philosophy:
Our core values dictate everything. They represent a collective vision for the way in which we choose to conduct ourselves.
Absolutely every decision made and action taken is grounded in our values.
We do great work. The rest of the world may be ok with good enough, but good enough doesn't get it done here. We choose to surround ourselves with people who expect greatness from themselves and their teammates.
We take ownership. Responsibility for our actions, good or bad, is ours and ours alone.
We set incredibly high expectations for ourselves. And then we exceed them.
We don't break promises. Ever.
Everything we do has a purpose. Every task assigned is vital to our mission. If you see a task that seems to have no purpose, seek first to understand the purpose. If together we can't understand the purpose, we'll change the way we do things.
We take performance management very seriously. This company is a meritocracy and we reward superior performance.
We move fast. We're in the business of getting it done yesterday.
We succeed as a team. When someone looks like they need help, we don't wait for them to ask – we jump in and help.
We deal honestly and up front on everything. No exceptions.
Work should be fun. If you're not enjoying yourself, you should find something else to do. We probably have another job at this company that you would enjoy more. Ask for it.
We don't care how everyone else does it. If you want to do it like they do it, go work for them. We do it better here.
Your health and your family are more important than your job.
Making mistakes is good. That is how you learn. Making the same mistake twice is bad.
The most important contribution that this company can make to society is to operate profitably. If we're profitable we can hire more people, offer greater benefits to our employees and donate greater support to our community. If we're losing money we can't do any of these things.
